Family Day

Yesterday, we all got together for the newest Greco girl, Carra Joanne's, baby blessing. We had an enjoyable time together and were very sad to see all of our Oregon family head back to Oregon to get on with their life..I guess it can't stay Spring Break forever right?? We will sure miss them!

3 Years!

Three years ago today I went on my first "official"date with Evs to Tanaka of Tokyo in Waikiki, Hawaii. It was there where he swept me off my feet and and the rest is history..How we celebrated?? I bought 6 maple bar donuts{our personal favorites}We each got 3. One for each year! Before I really knew how I felt about Evan, he would tell me he loved me and I would tell him Bread and Butter (hence donuts are made of bread and butter..okay and sugar). Until one day he said it to me and I reciprocated the "I Love You" without even trying to guard myself. I knew I loved the guy and I am glad that I stopped guarding my heart and allowed myself to actually say the words to him. I love you my Evan. You may have loved me longer, but I will always love you more! Thanks for taking me out on that date that night and letting me pay for it..hahahaha {side note: I had cash and Ev only had card, we were on a double date and they didn't split the check so..I paid for it}

I am grateful you were born so that you could give me life. I love you with all my heart and I am so thankful for your Faith, Love, and Support! You have such a good heart and genuinely care about those around you. You are my favorite Mom in the whole world! {Happy Birthday Mi Mum} I hope your day was special!

Sunday dinner @ Mom's

Its always a bit-o-chaos, but we enjoy it nonetheless!

We had a fun time playing and laughing. Jess, 1st place, whooped on us all. Josh came in 2nd, leaving Kayla and I in 3rd place, Evan in 4th, Corey in 5th, and Tony in last place, giving all his money away.

I think the dynamics of this picture are hilarious! Who do you think pooped? Could it be Audi? Then she soon passed out afterwards? Or was it my dog? Who apparently had to go? Needless to say it was a stinky mess. I almost threw up countless times cleaning it up. Mind you on the sideline were Evan and Jess laughing their heads off and spraying the OUST every ten seconds. 

Sleepover

My Sister Jessica and her kids are in town for their Spring Break. It was so fun to see them. The first night they were here, Friday, Each kid(s) went to an Aunty/Uncles house to have a sleepover. We had Brian, then last minute Audi decided she was a big girl and wanted to join in on the fun. We came home and at Brian's request, we played some wii then..played some more wii..and then finally called it a night, at my request. These kids have grown so much since we last saw them in July. It has been such a treat to have them here. Audi cried for Grandma Maggie and then for her Mom when it was time to go to bed, she cried that her PJ's were too tight..She slept with us in our bed and sprawled out everywhere..cant say it was my most comfortable night of sleep, but glad that Audi was able to calm down and stay the night.

The next morning, we woke up and Brian wanted to play some more Wii, to beat his high score, of course, in a game called Swordplay. Audi and I walked the dogs. She loved walking Jade. She said she is the best dog ever! Audi and I also made some pancakes. She was a good helper.We also went swimming..well to the spa..we attempted the pool but it was freezing. We had some lunch and then headed to Kohls to meet Grandma Maggie and my sister because I had to go to work.

Of all the pillows he has to sleep on, he ends up on the side pillows..

Apparently her PJ's were too tight..she tried to take them off.

In a hurry to help me walk the dogs she put her clothes on backwards. Such a cutie pie!

We stopped @ Cherry on top and got them some frozen yogurt with their own toppings.

It was nice to have them over for a night. We love them!

The Sock Monster

With two people and not a ton of laundry, you wouldn't think that socks would ever get lost...well I am always looking for "THE OTHER MISSING SOCK". I always thought the dryer just ate it up, but today I came to the realization that we have a sock monster living within the walls of our home..and her name is JADE STUBBS, aka the female King Charles Cavalier in our home. We like to call her "Clepto" because she eats whatever she can put in her mouth (shes only 8 months) especially non food items. Evan came home from work today and heard her heaving and out came...MY SOCK?!?! How in the world did she even swallow it?? Oh goodness she cracks me up.

Birthday Fun!

We headed down to San Marcos for a surprise birthday dinner for Evan's sister Erin( her birthday was the 11th), we were the "surprise". We hadn't seen them in such a long time because of our busy schedules and Karen (Erin's MIL) is like our Mom too, she invited us over for dinner. It was so nice to see all the kids and also to just sit and visit. Happy Birthday Erin!

We also happened to stay very late playing a board game that we, Ev & I, got for Christmas. It is called Dominion. Now I will be honest, I like board games like Monopoly, Yatzee, Scrabble..etc but I have never been one to like games that take a ton of thinking like Settlers of Catan..those games never interested me, but my Evy loves them! {sidenote: because he is so good at understanding those games} I decided instead of just falling asleep and being a party pooper that I would try to understand..what do you know..I actually figured out the game and loved it. We had so much fun with Marc (bro-in-law) and Karen (Marc's Mom). We started the game at 9:30pm and ended at 1am, only because we didn't play the right rules..anyhow we ended up getting home around 2:30am, it was a quick drive..probably because I didn't stay awake very long..Evan did a great job getting us home safely! Love that guy!

We have a new niece and she is pretty dang cute! We are excited to have more babies in the family! This makes niece #7 on the Greco side and still only 1 nephew.
I headed to the hospital the day after she was born and hung out for a little bit then went to lunch with Tony and Bria.
