I have many memories of my maternal grandparents. When my grandfather passed away in September, my Mom & her siblings had to empty a house of memories. I told my Mom the only thing I wanted was the candy dish. This candy dish has always been in my grandparents house, on a hutch as you walk into the pool table room. As we got older and so did the dish, it has been through a lot. The lid is being kept in one piece by super glue and electrical tape. I am so thankful to have a piece of my grandparents in my home as well as in my heart. I keep it filled with candy as they did!
